I moved to Seville 17 years ago and, like many people who build a life abroad, I found myself navigating both the beauty and the emotional challenges of living in a culture that wasn’t my own. What began as a journey into language, teaching, and connection slowly became a deeper exploration of the emotional patterns we all carry, especially the ones formed early in life that quietly shape our relationships, self-worth, and sense of belonging.

This path led me to train as a therapist, and I’m now a BACP-registered practitioner offering therapy for adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, people-pleasing, guilt, low self-worth, boundary struggles, and relationship difficulties. These patterns are often rooted in childhood experiences where you had to be the strong one, the good one, or the easy one — long before you even realised you were adapting.

I work online across the UK and EU supporting people who are ready to understand why they feel this way and begin reconnecting with themselves.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and gently challenging. I believe that the difficult feelings we try to manage, anxiety, overwhelm, resentment, guilt,  are often signals that something inside us is asking to be understood, not silenced. Therapy offers a calm, non-judgemental space to explore those signals with curiosity and compassion, so you can begin to unlearn old emotional roles and build a more grounded, authentic relationship with yourself.

After years of doing my own inner work, I’ve learned that growth isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about returning to the parts of you that were never fully seen or supported. I bring that belief into every session: helping clients slow down, recognise their patterns, find their voice, and start choosing themselves with clarity and confidence.
